What to expect

Video meetings via Zoom or similar platforms. Same format as in-person meetings. Mute when not speaking. Chat function for sharing. Anonymity maintained.

Limitations

Less personal connection than in-person. Screen fatigue. Easier to disengage or multitask. Best used as supplement to, not replacement for, in-person community when available.
