Directory information

Facility information in our directory is sourced from SAMHSA's public data and information provided by facilities themselves. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete. Services, contact information, and operational details may change. We recommend verifying information directly with the facility before making decisions.

Verification status

The "TA Verified" designation indicates that a facility has been evaluated against our published criteria and achieved a passing score at the time of evaluation. Verification status is not an endorsement, guarantee of outcomes, or warranty of any kind. Verification reflects a point-in-time assessment and is subject to renewal and revocation.

No patient brokering

Treatment Association does not engage in patient brokering. We do not receive payment for referring specific patients to specific facilities. Our revenue comes from flat-rate marketing and directory listing fees that are never tied to individual patients, admissions, calls, or referrals. This structure complies with the Eliminating Kickbacks in Recovery Act (EKRA), the Anti-Kickback Statute, and applicable state patient brokering laws.

User conduct

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute directory data without written permission. You may not use this website to engage in patient brokering or any activity that violates healthcare regulations.

Limitation of liability

Treatment Association is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website, reliance on directory information, or interactions with listed facilities. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any.
