Residential

24/7 care, live at the facility. 30-90 days. Most intensive. Best for severe addiction, unsafe home environment, failed lower levels, or need for complete environmental change. Higher cost.

PHP

Full-day treatment (6-8 hours), home at night. 4-6 weeks. Best for stepping down from residential, moderate severity with stable housing, or close medication monitoring needs. Lower cost than residential.
