What to pack for rehab: Men's packing list

Keep it simple. You need less than you think.

Bring

5-7 days comfortable clothing. Undergarments and socks. Athletic shoes and shower sandals. Toiletries (no aerosols, no alcohol-containing products). Electric razor (not blade). Medications in original bottles. Journal and pen. Books. ID and insurance card. Small cash ($20-50).

Leave behind

Valuables and electronics. Blade razors (safety restriction). Belts with heavy buckles (some facilities restrict). Excessive clothing.

Tips

Label your clothes. Bring a laundry bag. Comfortable clothes matter more than looking good. Bring a hoodie or sweatshirt for cold therapy rooms.
