What to pack for rehab: Women's packing list

Pack for comfort, not fashion. You are going to do the hardest and most important work of your life.

Bring

5-7 days comfortable clothing (layers). Undergarments. Pajamas. Closed-toe shoes and flip-flops for showers. Toiletries (no alcohol-containing products, no aerosols). Medications in original bottles. Hair ties and basic accessories. Journal and pen. Books. ID and insurance card. Small amount of cash. Comfortable pillow from home.

Leave behind

Jewelry and valuables. Revealing clothing. Laptop. Excessive electronics. Your own medications not in original bottles. Anything containing alcohol (including some mouthwashes and perfumes).

The facility provides

Linens and towels. Basic toiletries if you forget. Laundry facilities. Everything you need is there.
