Drug testing policy (random testing is good). House rules and expectations. Staff qualifications (if applicable). House meeting schedule. Employment requirements. Recovery meeting requirements. Policy on MAT (should be accepted).

$500-$1,500/month for shared housing. Oxford Houses split rent equally among residents. Some programs offer financial assistance. Most insurance does not cover sober living.
