Frequently asked questions

How do I know if recovery is real?
Consistent behavior over months: meeting attendance, honesty, accountability, follow-through, and emotional growth.
How long before I can trust them?
Trust rebuilds through consistent behavior over 1-3 years. It happens at your pace, not theirs.
What if they say they are in recovery but nothing changes?
Words without behavioral change are not recovery. Recovery is demonstrated through actions over time.
