What Al-Anon is
Free support groups for people affected by someone else's drinking. Based on the 12 steps adapted for family members. Focus: you did not cause it, you cannot control it, you cannot cure it.
What meetings are like
Similar to AA: sharing, listening, step study. Anonymity maintained. No requirement to speak. Supportive, non-judgmental environment. Meetings last approximately 1 hour.
